Giant Kite Festival in Berkeley

Members of the Berkeley Kite Wranglers pull down a giant kite in the shape of a manta ray during the 20th Berkeley Kite Festival. Thousands of people came to watch the giant kites in action at the Festival in Berkeley, CA, on July 30 and 31, 2005.
