Joe proudly shows his chest tattooed while spending 5 years in jail. He claims that he had it done by cell mates who used tattoo machines made of parts of a walkman and guitar strings. They were doing it at night in order to avoid being caught by the guards. Thousands of people came to see hundreds of tattoo and body artists at work at the Tattoo and Body Art Convention in San Francisco, CA, on April 1, 2007.
