An undentified member of the public who was allowed to attend Scott Peterson's trial at the San Mateo Court House in Redwood City today proudly holds up his access card claiming that he attended an historic day. Jurors today found Scott Peterson guilty of first-degree murder in the death of his wife, Laci Peterson, and guilty of second-degree murder in the death of the fetus she carried. The verdict came following a five-month trial that was an endless source of fascination to the tabloids and cable networks.
