Resident Jack Halton looks at the damage from his house on top of the hill. His side did not collapse because reinforcement work performed in 2001. Heavy rain set off a serious landslide of rocks and boulders in a section of Telegraph Hill in San Francisco on February 27, 2007. Seven buildings were severely damaged in the landslide, displacing about 120 people.
