Judges examine Gus, a Chinese Crested purebred dog, during the 20th annual World's Ugliest Dog competition at the Sonoma-Marin County Fair in Petaluma, CA, on June 20, 2008. The 9-year old dog lost one leg and one eye because of skin cancer. Gus ended up winning this year's title as the World's Ugliest Dog as well as the one for the Ugliest Dog in Petaluma.
