Jack Kuerzi gets Toby, a Shih-Tzu mix, ready to compete in the 3rd Annual Loews Coronado Bay Resort Surf Dog Competition in Coronado, CA, on June 28, 2008. Toby ended up taking the 3rd place in small surf dogs under 40 pounds. Dozens of dogs participated in the annual event that was attended by hundreds of spectators.
